Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Tickets are non transferable.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the «Tickets» section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase.
You will also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you haven’t installed the app, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you’re logged in with the same account used to buy the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
